Monday at Alta was a bit of a sleeper pow day, in the sense that only 8 inches were reported after a long weekend of snowy conditions so a lot of people didn’t make it up. Those 8 inches on top of the previous soft snow felt like 2 feet of powder.

Everything off the High Traverse was skiing amazing. West Rustler late into the morning was deep and untouched. Baldy Shoulder opened in the afternoon as well but we missed it. Overall one of best days of the season so far if not the best.
