We’re one day closer to Frank this morning and I can hardly wait.  If you missed the past couple of years be sure to check out Lightpole.com’s recent edit of last year’s festivities.  A precursor to the annual High Boy party, Frank’s starts earlier in the day with a 70’s style ski competition where old school is the new school.   Founded by Alta legend, Mike Trioli, Frank is a true testament to what sparked the beginning of freestyle skiing.

Starting around noon-ish on April 20th skiers will showcase their innermost Frank and attempt to impress the judges for their chance to be crowned #1 Frank.  Held on Alta’s Punch Bowl run off of the Wild Cat lift, party-goers will congregate on Punk Rock to spectate the competition.  The event usually lasts until 3 pm giving skiers a chance to catch the High Boy party as well.  Come one, come all.  Don’t miss it!
